The property has such potential & just needs some updating. The staff was awesome! Miss Toya was especially helpful & really made our 5 day stay special, considering we were both celebrating our Bdays & Anniversary! Angie & Kena always had smiles & Cory worked hard to get the rooms cleaned. Our King bed was very comfortable & the linens were super soft. The pool was clean & so pretty lit up at night:) The breakfast area is really nice & opens onto a lovely Spanish veranda with comfy sofa chairs. The picturesque landscaping offers a putting green & seating among palm trees. From the 3rd floor lanai, you can catch sunset & a 360% view of the beautiful surrounding mountains. It has a bit of an old world feel to it, a little rough around the edges, but tons of potential just waiting to be realized! A gated fence enclosing the property would really add to the security of your guests & employees.

Very comfortable bed. Everything is clean and functional, including AC which is very necessary in Tempe. Good water pressure and temperature for the shower. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Great location as it's just 5-10 minutes or away from ASU Tempe campus and Hwy 202/Scottsdale exit. This place was a perfect stop for my quick, one night turn-around to pick up my SD at the end of the school year, and I will definitely stay here again for any short trips, or long stays. I might book somewhere else if I'm looking for posh 3-7 days of pampering vacations, but for utilitarian stays it's hard to beat the value of this place.

We really thought the beds were comfortable. We stayed as it was closed to where we were visiting . ANGIE was extremely helpful and professional. She helped us on two occasions and is calm, pleasant although very busy the one time I was in the reception area. She is a gem! This place sure could use some TLC, however, it is actually a beautiful property with good bones and lots of potential. Location is great too. Good luck to new management - wishing you the very best in the future with this diamond in the rough. 👍

I've stayed at this MK location for over 30 nights this year at various times. I'll continue to use this location as my go to for myself and recommend it to others. The staff is awesome! I'll pony up more kudos, but to start with Donna and Hector are great at solving problems, getting stuff done and running a clean, safe and welcoming place. My only real complaint is that the bed is so comfortable I a tally have pushed the snooze button a couple of times!

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed felt welcoming. Hot water in shower was quick, I've stayed at some hotels where it takes up to 8 minutes to arrive. Limens were clean, no odors in the room. As a person who also works in the hospitality industry, I know what it takes to provide a good guest experience. Kudos to your housekeeping staff!
